Angad Singh Khurana is the driving force behind Vendhayam Kafe, bringing a unique blend of hospitality expertise and entrepreneurial vision to the South Indian food industry.
Born and raised in Indore in a business-oriented family, Angad developed his business instincts early, accompanying his father to work from age five. He pursued his graduation at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK in 2008, where he gained valuable exposure to international hospitality standards and operations.
After returning to India in 2013, Angad explored multiple sectors including property management, assets management, and facilities management. His diverse experience spans human resources, finance, leasing, operations, consulting, preventive maintenance, customer service, and technical business analysis.
In 2018, he partnered with Gola Sizzlers and launched his own consultancy, building expertise in business development and strategic planning. By 2022, he established Vendhayam Kafe with a clear mission to make entrepreneurship accessible through the innovative FOCO model.
Under Angad’s leadership, Vendhayam Kafe operates on the FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) model, enabling investors to own businesses without operational hassles. His approach breaks down barriers to entrepreneurship, offering flexibility and opportunity to aspiring business owners across India.

With extensive experience across banking, financial services, telecom, hospitality, food and beverages, entertainment, and travel sectors, he has worked with leading organizations including ICICI Bank, Tata Communications, Mahindra First Choice Services, SOTC Thomas Cook, The Irish House, and Miraj Entertainment.
His expertise covers the complete spectrum of finance and commercial functions including strategic financial planning, P&L management, treasury operations, business forecasting, budgeting, credit and risk management, cost management, MIS, audit, taxation, and process improvement.
Known for his ability to improve operations and implement strategic business plans, he focuses on organizational growth and maximum profitability through effective finance management, cost optimization, internal control, and productivity improvements.
